Taqaballah mina wa minkum

With regard to the compensation (Fidyah), which is given, by the person who does not fast in Ramadaan: to them every day be paid at once or after Ramadaan?
Answer:
Praise be to Allah.
Whoever fasts Ramadaan not because he has an excuse accepted by any, is that it will not go away, such as age, a person must eat every day. He has the choice to give this food every day or wait until the month is over and to feed the same number of people, such as day of the month were.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Sharh al-Mumti', 6 / 335:
The date for giving the food is his choice . If he wants, he can compensate for pay for each day a day, or if he wants he can move to the next day, because this is what Anas (Allaah be pleased with him) had done.
