AS-SALAAM THE ISLAMIC PEACE GREETING The large Importance of Islamic peace greeting "Salaam alikum" is not often noted. Especially in non-Muslim countries where Muslims are a minority is the greeting of peace not always applied consistently according to its actual meaning. However, one should think seriously about this matter, because of the Muslim children and young people who were born in these countries and there growing up. They should learn from the start stand back to copying meaningless modern non-Islamic form of greeting among Muslims.
All over the world when Muslims meet, they greet each other with "Salaam Alikum. Thus, a common feeling of security and peace arises from the very first encounter.
